Terms and conditions
1. A corporate day must involve a minimum of 12 players.
2. Following the provisional telephone reservation, you will be sent our booking information which will contain all the information you will require in order to book your golf day.
3. Your booking will only be confirmed on receipt of the completed booking form, a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions AND A DEPOSIT RELATING TO 25% OF THE COST QUOTED OF YOUR GOLF DAY. The deposit can be paid by cheque or credit card.
4. The balance of your account is payable no less than 14 days prior to your event. Golfday.co.uk will issue confirmation details. It is important that these are checked to ensure that all the necessary information is correct in order for your day to run smoothly.
5. Final numbers for both golf and food requirements should be advised 14 days before the date of your visit.
6. Cancellations & absence on the day may be charged at full rate.
7. Promotional material/advertising boards are usually allowed with prior permission.
8. Golfday.co.uk reserve the right on the day to reorganise the format/timing of the event, if due to unfortunate circumstances (bad weather or late arrivals), the event's starting/finishing is delayed.
9. Accommodation - Golfday.co.uk is not responsible for booking hotel accommodation and will not be liable for any charges, cancellation or other as a result of any client booking.
10. Golfday.co.uk accepts no liability in respect of loss or damage to golf equipment or other personal belongings. Persons wishing to leave such belongings at the premises of our chosen venues do so entirely at their own risk.
11. It is the at the discretion of the company/event organiser to invite golfers of a suitable standard relative to venue requirements (Some venues may ask for handicap certificates)
12. Golfday.co.uk would like to request your permission to use any literature, photographs or marketing material used for your golf day. We trust that your signature will verify this.
13. Dress Code
A) Golf shoes are to be worn at all times on the course
B) Collarless shirts, tee shirts or denim clothing of any description are not permitted on the course or the Clubhouse. Collarless sweaters or jerseys are not allowed unless worn over a polo neck jersey or collared shirt.
C) Tailored shorts are permitted on the course in the summer months provided knee length socks are worn. Shorts of any description are not allowed in the Clubhouse.
14. It is the responsibility of the organiser to ensure that their guests adhere to Club rules, course etiquette and our conditions of play.
